If you’re anything like me, you’re flipping out over the fact that West Elm is finally coming to Pasadena. Guys. I can’t even. For those of you new to the neighborhood, West Elm only has a handful of spots here in SoCal—most of them, miles and miles away. Which is what makes this new location something to cheer about.
The home furniture and accessories store sells a blend of contemporary and whimsical pieces in soft colors, luxe materials, and reclaimed woods. Born in Brooklyn in 2002, West Elm focuses on three things: “[W]e offer CHOICE in our products and services, helping customers create a home that tells their story[;] we build COMMUNITY with customers, collaborators and associates, connecting like-minded strangers through inspiration, conversation, events and activities[;] and…we focus on CONSCIOUSNESS and honest business practices in everything we do, from handcrafted and local products to supply chain transparency + sustainability,” writes its website.
The store’s newest location will be on Colorado Blvd., at the Paseo Colorado. Look for its grand opening sometime this November!
